With its most recent investment in Designer Protein, LLC, Stockton Road Capital has now made three investments in the nutrition category in the past eighteen months. Beyond the commonality of nutrition, all three transactions have leveraged Stockton Road’s proprietary sourcing network, brand focus and Operating Partner relationships.

In addition to these investments, Joe Rhodes and Cyrill Siewert (now Chairman and CEO of Designer Protein) were the principal architects behind the successful build-up of Amerifit Brands, which was sold for $200 million in 2010. Amerifit owned a portfolio of consumer healthcare and nutrition brands.
